HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY 

No-shows: Your hotel room will be cancelled after the first night of no show and the full amount of your stay will be charged automatically.

Early Departure: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to Kuoni Tumlare Congress in writing.

Different Cancellation conditions for individual hotels will apply and will be shown during the booking process.

Kuoni Tumlare Congress shall act as mediators only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objectives irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland.
