Abstract submission
Submitting your abstract to the European Conference on Embolotherapy (ET) enables you to share your work at the world’s most far-reaching and innovative embolotherapy meeting.
Guidelines for abstract submission can be found here.
The deadline for ET abstract submission is February 27, 2025 (23:59 CET).
Notifications regarding acceptance or rejection of submitted abstracts will be available by late March.
All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations, are expected to register for and attend ET 2025. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by June 1, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of ET 2025. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

FIRST@ET clinical trial
Description
Describes a clinical trial with a prospective study design. The final data set has to be presented for the first time at ET 2025 (meta-analysis and systematic reviews are not eligible).

The winners of the Poster Awards will be selected by the ET Scientific Programme Committee.

In addition, the presenter of the poster receiving the Magna Cum Laude Award will
- receive free registration for a CIRSE 2025 or 2026 congress of their choice
- be interviewed for the CIRSE Insider
Best Scientific Paper Award
The best scientific paper will be selected by ET congress attendees. Its presenter will
