Abstract submission

Abstract submission for ET 2025 has ended. The Scientific Programme Committee warmly thanks all submitting authors.

Notifications regarding acceptance or rejection of submitted abstracts will be available by late March.

All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend ET 2025. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by May 28, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of ET 2025. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Special deadline – MSK case competition

ET 2025 will include a MSK case competition. All IRs are invited to submit their cases on this topic, and the top five candidates will be given a chance to present their work on stage at ET 2025. The submission deadline for the MSK case competition is March 27, 23:59 CET.

The winners of the Poster Awards will be selected by the ET Scientific Programme Committee.

All winners of poster awards will

  • receive an invitation to submit a manuscript to CVIR
  • be published on CIRSE’s social media
  • receive a certificate

In addition, the presenter of the poster receiving the Magna Cum Laude Award will

  • receive free registration for a CIRSE 2025 or 2026 congress of their choice
  • be interviewed for the CIRSE Insider

Best Scientific Paper Award

The best scientific paper will be selected by ET congress attendees. Its presenter will

  • receive free registration for a CIRSE 2025 or 2026 congress of their choice
  • be invited to submit a manuscript to CVIR
  • be interviewed for the CIRSE Insider

Publication in CVIR

All accepted abstracts will be published in a special supplement of CVIR, the longest-running journal in the field of vascular and interventional radiology. An opportunity not to be missed!
